Do you have a passion for helping people? If so, the Community Behavioral Health Hospital (CBHH) in Annandale is looking for a Registered Nurse to join our team! In the role of RN at CBHH Annandale, you will be responsible for performing experienced, professional nursing case. This includes assessing and diagnosing the needs of patients, developing individualized nursing plans to meet those needs in coordination with the multi-disciplinary team, providing direct nursing interventions and/or delegating specific nursing tasks to appropriate staff, evaluating the effectiveness of the plan and the care provided, and other duties as assigned. You will also participate as a member of the CBHH treatment team and act as charge nurse when assigned.

The CBHH is a 16-bed inpatient psychiatric facility for adults experiencing a serious mental health episode. The length of stay is usually less than 30 days, during which treatment focuses on stabilization, patient education, and discharge planning involving community support resources, with the overall goal of preventing future episodes.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
  • Current licensure in Minnesota as a Registered Nurse.
  • Ability to pass/perform CPR, First Aid, and Therapeutic Intervention.
