Under the guidance of experienced professionals, the Change Management Intern will have the opportunity to gain practical skills and knowledge applicable to careers in change management, project management, business analysis, corporate communication, and leadership.
This role will be a fully remote internship.
About IDG Responsibilities
Internship Project: In this role, you will be instrumental in executing key change management activities aimed at optimizing organizational transitions. You will develop an understanding of change management strategies and their real-world applications by analyzing and interpreting data to help make informed decisions within our business. By the end of the program, you will have completed comprehensive reports on impact assessments, communication materials, data analysis, and a final presentation of their findings and strategic recommendations to the management team. Qualifications IDG is looking for an Undergraduate student pursuing a major in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, Marketing or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills is required. The ideal candidate has strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, knowledge of MS Office programs, and an ability to work independently. Design skills preferred.
