You will manage our sales technology stack, implementing the operational processes for sales campaigns and programs, and tracking the analytics that support all functions on the Sales and Operations teams.

This role covers a wide spectrum of responsibility, from system administration and data analysis, through to process definition and strategic planning. Across the board, youll become the go-to for operational matters in the sales function. Youll need to be a hands-on operator, frequently liaising with sales and marketing teams to develop and improve upon current and future campaigns and initiatives.

You Will:

  • Define, document, manage, and optimize key sales operations processes, including pipeline, lead, and database management best practices and segmentation.
  • Collaborate with the Operations teams to implement best-in-class analytics that provide insight across all product offerings and activities.
  • Define and implement comprehensive attribution models that allow transparent performance tracking and analysis.
  • Manage our existing sales technology stack, implement new technologies to optimize the stack, troubleshoot issues, and support end user training as needed.
  • Leverage existing vendor relationships and tools (Hubspot, Zoominfo, and others) to maximize our efficiency and performance of the sales operations function
  • Collaborate with Demand Generation, Sales, Sales Development, Finance, and Operations teams to roll out and ensure an airtight pipeline management process from lead conversion to closed revenue and renewals.
  • Maintain sales performance dashboards and reports that show the impact of sales activities on the business and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Develop and deliver training to empower team members to support the sales teams effectiveness and assist in the adoption of our sales technology stack.
  • Support sales leadership in the development of territory plans, quota setting, and sales forecasting processes.

You'll Have:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations, business operations, or a related role, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment. RFP/RFI experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Extensive Hubspot CRM administration experience. HubSpot Sales Software and Frictionless Sales certifications preferred. Expert user of HubSpots reporting/dashboarding and automation functionality.
  • Database enrichment experience, preferably with Zoominfo.
  • Expert user of Excel and other MS Suite applications. Power BI experience is a plus.
  • Understanding of how enterprise data flows and infrastructure works.
  • Passion for fast-paced environments, with a focus on transparency, data integrity, collaboration, rapid iteration, and continual improvement.
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • A deep sense of curiosity and a desire to get your hands dirty to meet deadlines and goals.
