Job Description Join The Red Gate Group as an AIRC Program Management Lead supporting the Acquisition Policy & Innovation Directorate within the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense (Acquisition and Sustainment) (OUSD(A&S)). In this pivotal role, you will provide critical administrative and management support to the Director of the Acquisition Innovation Research Center (AIRC), overseeing an annual mission valued at approximately $5M. Your responsibilities will include coordinating and executing program management tools and processes, tracking key tasks, and providing executive oversight to ensure the successful implementation of AIRC programs, pilots, and projects. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership to prepare briefings, reports, and updates for Defense senior leaders and Congressional staff. In addition to these core duties, you will:
Ideal candidates will possess strong program management skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in utilizing various software tools including Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat Professional.
