Right now, we are searching for a Client Services Coordinator who will be handlingthe intake of clients, working with clinicians to schedule appointments, as well as responding to other client needs. Strong communication skills and providing a positive client experience are essential to this role.

Primary Responsibilities as a Client Service Coordinator:
  • Respond to incoming phone calls from Fraser clients and families
  • Complete the initial intake process by obtaining demographic and referral information from the client
  • Schedule/coordinating client appointments with clinicians addressing the client’s needs
  • Monitor available enrollment slots of clinicians
  • Utilize Microsoft Office to effectively communicate with Fraser clients, family and staff
  • Initiate incoming client insurance eligibility and benefit coverage
  • Process internal referral requests and other appropriate enrollment tasks
  • Provide a positive caller experience that supports sensitivity to each client/family’s needs
  • Commitment to promoting diversity, multiculturalism and inclusion with focus on culturally responsive practice, internal self-awareness and reflection

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma required
  • Excellent communication skills via phone and email with Fraser clients, families, and staff in the English language
  • Ability to pass DHS Background Check
  • Customer service skills that focus on respect for others and value of relationships
  • Ability to multi-task and balance priorities effectively
  • Positive attitude

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Some college preferred but not required
  • Previous experience working in customer service, intake or scheduling preferred

Available Location and Schedule:
  • This position is based at our Richfield office. After training, potential work from home options can be discussed.
  • Monday-Friday, standard business hours
