This is a crucial support role for Marmoset and Infinite Companion's (Marmoset's record label) digital presence. The Content Marketing Specialist will facilitate the creation of written content including: social media, email and blog. They will also provide support with updating websites, basic visual asset creation and design, including digital ads. Our ideal candidate is a creative individual with relevant experience and the ability to plan, organize, and deliver finalized content. 3+ years of marketing experience and basic design skills are needed. This is a full-time role with the opportunity for flexible, remote work.


Basics: You understand the critical relationship between social media, analytics and achieving results. You're a grammar nerd with a strong understanding of branding. You enjoy creativity, connecting with new people and maintaining relationships.

Personality: You thrive at the cross section of creativity and achieving results. A self-starter with a contagious can-do attitude. You're an early adopter and work well with others. You welcome criticism and seek critical feedback. Able to stay calm, manage multiple priorities and succeed in a fast paced, often distracting environment.

Abilities: You're a versatile creative writer. Strong attention to detail, highly organized, good researcher, fast learner. You are able to take a stacked to-do list and quickly and efficiently whittle it down. You hold efficiency in high esteem and can develop and execute better processes when needed. Visual design skills are a must.

Experience: 3+ years of professional marketing experience. You've worked on a team where your strong attention to detail and creative skills made an impact. Basic experience with:

  • Email marketing software (ex. Mailchimp)
  • CMS software (Wordpress/Squarespace)
  • Digital design tools (Adobe Creative Suite preferred)
