Edina Realty is seeking a listing / sales coordinator to perform administrative duties in our Eagan sales office. You are responsible for entering real estate listings and status changes in the system, as well as performing a variety of administrative and customer service duties to support agents, sales management, and administrative staff.

This position is part-time, Wednesday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm, with additional hours as needed.

  • Maintain files to ensure all changes generated are posted.
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of all paperwork, records and reports.
  • Perform data entry, process real estate information, and maintain MLS listings and sales records.
  • Provide customer service to sales associates and customers.
  • Provide administrative support: answer phones, greet visitors, schedule appointments, distribute mail, maintain office appearance, and order office supplies.
  • Perform any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned.
  • Event planning and management.
  • Serving as backup to other office staff.

  • High school diploma or the equivalent.

Knowledge and Skills:
  • Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Strong verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
  • Administrative skills including organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Solid interpersonal skills with a customer service focus and the ability to work as a team member.
  • Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Data entry.

This position is eligible to participate in a 401k plan with company match.
