SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE:

FED95 is currently hiring for an experienced Management Analyst. The selected candidate will serve remotely supporting various programs of record aboard NAS Patuxent River, MD.

Position Summary

This position is located in the Joint Technical Data Integration Program Management Office (JTDI PMO) within PMW-200 Log IT aboard NAS Patuxent River, Maryland. This Management Analyst position will support program readiness through detailed documentation activities.

Responsibilities:

·Supports program readiness documentation by performing status analysis and progress reviews, invoice analysis, analysis of Contract Data Requirement Lists (CDRL) deliverables, travel authorization, and material authorization requests.

·Acquires, processes, stores, and retrieves technical documents in various formats.

·Maintains a database of contract information and a repository of associated documentation.

·Provides reviews of operational needs, and performs functional analysis of performance, funding requirements, deliverables, and contract actions.

·Supports the development of program acquisition documentation, such as Acquisition Plans (AP), Acquisition Strategy Reports (ASR), Procurement Initiation Document (PID), Statement of Work (SOW), funding documents, Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), and Acquisition Program Baseline Agreements (APBA).

·Assess program procedures, practices, philosophies, and documentation for compliance with specifications, contracts, and mission requirements.

·Attends, participates, supports, analyzes, provides input, develops, prepares, and reports on briefs, point papers, reports, correspondence, meetings, conferences, and review boards. Collaborate with customers, various vendors, and other employees to provide customer support.

·Analyze biweekly/monthly invoices, monthly reports, Performance Review Survey Results, travel and material requests.

·Aids in program acquisition development.

·Track funding obligations and expenditures.

·Ensure travel requests and estimates are in compliance with the Joint Travel Regulations.

·Review and manage Other Direct Costs requests.

·Maintain records and files.

Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

·AA degree in a business-related field (May be waived for the exceptional candidate that has at least three (3) years working as a Management Analyst inside a DOD Program Office).

·At least two (2) years of experience in Management Analysis.

·The ability to gain and maintain a Secret Clearance is required.

·Knowledge of DOD and Navy Program Management principles; to include financial and logistics processes. Position requires a comprehensive knowledge of government policies, directives, and other regulatory materials governing acquisition and application of IT equipment, services and support.

·Strong understanding of statistical, accounting, budgeting, economic principles and techniques.

·Experience with DoD financial tools.

·Ability to monitor government contracts for performance and tasking accomplishments. Coordinate actions and tasking with contractors and government activities, determine problem areas in connection with meeting scheduled goals and objectives, resolve conflicts and initiate action as necessary to ensure completion of requirements within cost, schedule and performance thresholds.

·Ability to quickly adapt focus, adjust schedule and problem solve to meet evolving work demands and needs of supervisor and other stakeholders.

·Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also work independently and balance multiple competing priorities and tasks.

·Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

·Ability to pass an extensive background investigation, including but not limited to personal and professional financial history, nationwide criminal record search, credit check and other relevant background information deemed necessary by WDC.
