What You'll Do

The Remarketing & Rebuild Strategy Manager will develop and implement the remarketing strategy for the entire used equipment business cycle from company product portfolio. The goal is to set a footprint of remarketing business plan and drive dealers used equipment sales opportunity and define best remarketing solutions for more sales growth in the corporate.

• Lead remarketing team to increase DEVELON Equipment Residual Value in the marketplace.
• Collaborate with lenders and dealers in end of lease returns and protect DEVELON equipment residual value. Share best practices and continuously improve lease return process.
• Assist lenders with selling and promoting lease return machines.
• Develop dealer used wholesale online Marketplace, drive used wholesale online Marketplace channel adoption among dealers and lenders.
• Improve end user (retail) online marketplace, and drive end user (retail) online channel adoption among from dealers and lenders.
• Develop programs and promote Dealer engagement in Remarketing activity and platform.
• Analyze Used Equipment Market and Competitor trends to continuously improve strategy and programs.
• Collaborate with Vendors and Partners to elevate DEVELON used brand profile.
• Create a rebuilding strategy and program with expertise in the used machine business, direct in long term plan of rebuilding business opportunity.

What You Bring

• Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Demonstrated exceptional marketing, branding and communication competencies.
• Former experience in channel/customer facing functional areas with construction equipment manufacturer or similarity to the industry.
• Former or current experience working with used equipment.
• Demonstrated strong financial acumen.
• Demonstrated exceptional vendor management competency.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively influence Field Marketers, dealers, executives, peers and direct reports.
• Understand a whole cycle of secondary market business with hands on experience.
• Generate solutions based on critical analysis.
• Set and maintain focus on high priority items.
• Collaborate and execute achievement of common objectives with other teams.
• Actively seek out new ideas and approaches.
• Consistently demonstrate an eagerness to meet challenges.
• Experience: 5 - 7 years of professional business experience in remarketing department
• Travel: 25 - 50%
