Job Summary:
-Assists therapists in providing a therapeutic milieu for Therapeutic Rehabilitation Program clients
-Supports the individuals attending the program in their recovery
-Follows treatment plans by providing a therapeutic environment through unit activities, interactions to assist clients in learning skills of daily living, and modeling appropriate behaviors.
-Treats clients with respect and dignity.
-Develops and implement unit activities including Social Club drop-in activities. Encourages clients and involves them in decision making
-Provides information for or writes daily summary notes for assigned clients, while adhering to the Medical Records Manual and Clinical Manual, within electronic health records system.
-Transports clients to Social Club drop-in activities.
-Participates in the treatment planning process.
-Fosters collaborative working relationships among members of the leadership and management teams and programs.
-Travels between Owensboro and Henderson locations as needed
Minimum Qualifications:
High School/GED
Valid Driver's License
Ability to read and write
Auditory skills
