Job Summary:

Our marketing strategist will develop creative, targeting, channels, timing, and reporting for our marketing campaigns.

This position is hybrid eligible. Employee must live in the Little Rock Metropolitan area to commute to our West Little Rock headquarters.



Responsibilities

Duties/Responsibilities:

  1. Plan and implement marketing campaigns by choosing tactics, channel strategies, and timing through all elements of the marketing mix
  2. Drive the timelines, budget, strategy, and cross channel alignment for campaigns
  3. Develop and manage the go to market plans that drive consistency in our tone and message across all channels
  4. Work with internal and external creative and media partners to deliver business objectives
  5. Demonstrate great relationship building skills inside and outside our organization and look for growth opportunities
  6. Integrate top insights around customer needs and tie those to offers and brand positioning communications
  7. Create communication strategies to effectively reach target audiences
  8. Demonstrate Arkansas Federal Credit Union’s core values and perform any other related job duties as required or assigned


Qualifications

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Solid understanding of the inner workings of marketing campaigns and the marketing mix
  • Great communication skills, both oral and written, using both in collaboration with partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
  • Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, and open to feedback
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and Outlook.

Preferred Skills/Abilities:

  • Experience with Asana is preferred but not required.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or other related field and five (5) years of professional experience in direct marketing strategy and reporting. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
