Job Duties:
  • Process Improvements - Review and become familiar with selected process improvement projects and activities.
  • Participate in kaizen events - operational / process improvements.
  • Project Management - Review and become familiar with selected projects - Work on the development of project scopes, solicit and attain quotes, and manage small projects as assigned.
  • Administrative Tasks - Review and update work instructions and procedures

Requirements:
  • Pursuing Bachelor's Degree/Technical Degree in Engineering, preferably with a focus in Foundry / Metal Casting or Manufacturing
  • Basic CAD experience / knowledge, 2D and/or 3D CAD
  • Familiar with MS Suite products, particularly Excel
  • Able to read and produce technical plans, drawings, and schematics
  • Good communicator, verbal and written
  • Good leadership skills
  • Good time management and analytic skills
  • Preference - Basic programming skills (CNC, Robotics, etc.)
