The Job

Eckert & Ziegler Isotope Products seeks a Human Resources Assistant to join our team. The position assists with implementing HR policies, services and programs geared towards maintaining an employee-oriented culture. The Human Resources Assistant helps with benefits, recruiting, administrative HR functions and inquiries.

Duties:

  1. Become familiar and assist with the administration of employee benefit programs
  2. Learn New Hire processes and employee set up in Litmos (Learning Management System)
  3. Become familiar and attend general HR legal updates
  4. Recruiting, including emailing, scheduling and conducting interviews
  5. Assist with the day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
  6. Conducts and leads internal and external audits
  7. Filing, scanning, copying, maintain personnel files, 401(k) files, etc., and other clerical responsibilities
  8. Assist with company event coordination, and other duties as required by management

Requirements:

  • Minimum High School education
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service; 1 year employee benefits or general HR experience a plus
  • Excellent communication skills in-person, verbal and written
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong service orientation with ability to effectively partner (internally and externally) with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Capacity to learn new tasks quickly and retain new information
  • Skilled at managing tasks while balancing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be flexible to changing priorities
  • Good organization and follow up skills
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
