The U.S. Healthcare industry is going through a transformation. Healthcare systems need to quickly onboard and train new clinicians to keep up with patient demand. In this role you'll be working on the teams that are being tasked with solving these problems.

We seek a Director of Product Management, Growth who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. The ideal candidate should possess strong product management skills, with a passion for healthcare. They are collaborative, data-driven, nimble, and user-obsessed. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on healthcare providers and patients by working with a passionate and talented team dedicated to revolutionizing patient care through Medbridge. This role reports directly to the Vice President of Product.


What you'll be doing:

  • Own > $20M in product-led growth for MedBridge, from first-time buying experience to add-ons and upgrades to renewals. This crosses the breadth and depth of MedBridge's customer base from individuals to SMB to enterprise organizations.
  • Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for product-led growth at MedBridge.
  • Develop deep empathy for our users and understanding of our data, business, and industry.
  • Implement strategies to improve user onboarding, reduce friction, and enhance user satisfaction during initial interactions with our product. Drive utilization of all MedBridge product lines including Educate and Care.
  • Collaborate with executives and cross-functional teams to define and track key performance metrics related to user acquisition, activation, conversion, and retention. Prepare and present reports to the executive leadership team.
  • Analyze user behavior data to uncover insights on ideal customer behavior using Pendo and other analytics tools. Test hypotheses, run A/B tests, and iterate on features based on real-time data and user feedback.
  • Ship products within a collaborative cross-functional team and ensure timely product launches with a high level of quality.
  • Own the success of your product and features by conducting user research, running experiments, and tracking usage metrics.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends in growth and product management, applying best practices to our growth strategies.
  • Communicate plans, updates, milestones, and trade-offs for cross-organization alignment.

What do we require?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Medicine, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum of 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in healthcare
  • Minimum of 2+ years in healthcare
  • Previous exposure to and understanding of product-led growth strategies, including alignment with Go-to-Market (GTM) teams
  • User obsessed with a passion for healthcare technology. Excellent user empathy and desire to discover and fulfill needs for all users (clinicians, patients, buyers, internal users)
  • Goal-oriented and data driven. Experience defining objectives and key results and performing data analysis to make product and strategic decisions and measure outcomes
  • Nimble and flexible. Comfortable with and adaptable to change, working in an innovative fast-growth environment where products and processes evolve rapidly
  • Self starter who is resourceful and able to act autonomously, with no fear of getting their hands dirty or to be the first to tackle a challenge
  • Exceptional communication (written and spoken) and interpersonal skills. Able to effectively collaborate cross functionally and lead customer conversations.
  • Technical fluency. Comfortable understanding and discussing technology concepts, experience evaluating tradeoffs and new opportunities with technical team members

Salary Range: $175K - $200K + 10% Bonus

At MedBridge, salary ranges are assigned to a job based on 3rd party salary benchmark surveys. Individual pay within this range is informed by the candidate's skills, capabilities and experience.
