Responsibilities:

The Associate Director of Admissions and Campus Visitation leads the strategic planning, logistical coordination, and hands-on execution of all University-hosted events and daily visit opportunities in support of the recruitment of residential undergraduate students. This position also supervises an Assistant Director, and is responsible for the recruitment, training, and supervision of the 60+ student staff team employed to support recruitment events and activities. The Associate Director leads the strategic vision for the program and manages the campus visitation budget. Under the direction of the Director of Undergraduate Admissions, this position also supports the Office of University Admissions by assisting with overall strategic planning, application review, and student outreach, as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university and three years of related experience are required.

Candidates must have a valid driver's license and be insurable by the university's carrier.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of college admissions and/or event planning and/or previous supervisory experience.
