We have an opportunity available for a Marketing Manager- Segment Marketing to work within our Marketing Team. The Segment Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing targeted marketing strategies and campaigns aimed at specific customer segments to drive engagement and revenue. The Segment Marketing Manager will also play a key role in understanding and documenting market, competitor, and customer trends and insights.

What you will do:

  • Develop and execute annual integrated campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle—tailored to each individual customer segment.
  • Conduct campaign initiation and handoff sessions with the Marketing,
  • Merchandising, eCommerce, and Sales teams to ensure proper briefing for the execution of campaigns.
  • Conduct thorough quality checks on campaign content, affirming that all generated assets are aligned with campaign goals and segment messaging.
  • Communicate and present marketing strategies to business leaders, establishing yourself as a recognized expert for business/marketing strate
  • Manage post-campaign performance analysis reviews to measure results and identify areas for improvement.
  • Gather market, competitor, and customer insights to inform segment strategies and increase campaign success and segment knowledge.
  • Develop monthly reports around market, competitor, and customer trends and performance.
  • Request and leverage Power BI data to better understand customer behavior and business performance.

What we need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field
  • 5+ years marketing experience
  • Proven experience in creating detailed omni-channel marketing plans
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes and driving business growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate affectively with cross functional teams
