Responsibilities

This is a full-time, remote opportunity. Bilingual Spanish required

Work Hours: 9:30 am – 5:30 pm PST

Compensation: $17

  • Assists authorized callers by providing information while providing efficient and courteous service
  • Works in multiple software portals to gather information.
  • Investigates and resolves problems while recognizing when to escalate customer issues
  • Conducts a high volume of incoming calls to ensure client satisfaction and coordinate utilization review efforts
  • Relays information to the proper parties via email and software tool
  • Triages calls to appropriate departments
  • Reviews and resends failed faxes
  • Works in a team-oriented environment
  • Participates in team building exercises and meetings
  • Handles confidential information (PHI) with discretion and trustworthiness
  • Works closely with Client Services Group to resolve to client issues
  • Performs other duties as assigned by the UR Customer Service Supervisor


Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office especially Word and Excel.
  • Typing skills required.
  • Must have good communication skills and be able to collaborate effectively with others.
  • Prior office experience preferred.
