Corgan is searching for an experienced Contracts Administrator to work in a fast-paced team supporting its Chief Legal Officer (CLO). This person will exercise good judgement, have strong verbal and written communications, be organized, and manage multiple competing priorities without sacrificing quality of work. The Contracts Administrator / Paralegal will represent Corgan’s culture, philosophy and brand by assisting others in a client-centric, courteous and professional manner always. Responsibilities
Qualifications Required Qualifications Previous advanced contract experience in an A/E or legal firm. Advanced knowledge of full MS Office Suite. Advanced knowledge of AdobeSign or comparable electronic signature application. Experience with AIA Contract Documents. Knowledge of basic accounting principles. Strong time-management skills. Ability to use discretion and maintain confidentiality. Ability to complete tasks without detailed instructions. Experience providing quality service; building relationships with internal and external clients.
