Corgan is searching for an experienced Contracts Administrator to work in a fast-paced team supporting its Chief Legal Officer (CLO). This person will exercise good judgement, have strong verbal and written communications, be organized, and manage multiple competing priorities without sacrificing quality of work. The Contracts Administrator / Paralegal will represent Corgan’s culture, philosophy and brand by assisting others in a client-centric, courteous and professional manner always.



Responsibilities

  • Receive review requests, analyze requirements and determine required action, coordinate with CLO and outside counsel (foreign and domestic) as necessary, and draft comments or redlines.
  • Create contracts utilizing existing templates, combine with appropriate exhibits, finalize and coordinate for execution.
  • Serve as a resource to varying levels of staff by advising on processes and procedures.
  • Manage all Legal templates (AIA and proprietary) on SharePoint.
  • Collaborate with sector Principals and Marketing department to review legal language and appropriately respond to information requests in RFQs and RFPs.
  • Administer Consultant Master Services Agreement Program by encouraging consultants to join, retrieve requests, confirm insurance requirements are met, prepare agreements and coordinate for execution, and update listing on SharePoint.
  • Obtain current copies of consultant insurance certificates, file, and update consultant’s record in Vision.
  • Obtain from Corgan’s insurance brokers certificates of insurance which comply with contractual requirements and forward to clients. Also coordinate with brokers on an annual basis for auto renewed certificates to be distributed to clients.
  • Coordinate background checks and screening processes when contractually required by a client.
  • Serve as AdobeSign administrator, setting up new users, training staff, and working with IT to resolve backend issues.
  • Coordinate staff requests for personal use of the firm’s intellectual property.
  • Serve as back-up to Senior Paralegal when necessary to provide corporation information to others within the firm.
  • Assist firm with special initiatives and projects which may at times be confidential in nature.


Qualifications

Required Qualifications

Previous advanced contract experience in an A/E or legal firm.

Advanced knowledge of full MS Office Suite.

Advanced knowledge of AdobeSign or comparable electronic signature application.

Experience with AIA Contract Documents.

Knowledge of basic accounting principles.

Strong time-management skills.

Ability to use discretion and maintain confidentiality.

Ability to complete tasks without detailed instructions.

Experience providing quality service; building relationships with internal and external clients.
