In this critical role, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the factory’s SAP product database. You will be the point contact for validating and maintaining BOMs, routing, and overall master data for the engineering team. The ideal candidate will recognize the critical value of ensuring consistent execution of tasks while striving for continuous improvement. Join our team and make a difference!

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for validating and updating existing SAP master data, BOMs, routings, and work centers for the Burnet factory by ensuring master data accurately reflects production tasks and consolidating tasks in the system where possible
  • Create new BOMs, routings, work centers and master data as needed with focus on proper set ups when transferring new products and processes to the factory
  • Work closely with engineering to execute and complete Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) for SAP master data updates
  • Collaborate with the global MDM management team to improve the master data process at the factory
  • Communicate effectively with other team members to promote a safe, positive, and productive working environment.
  • Identify opportunities for improvements, waste reduction and increased productivity.

Requirements:

  • Associate degree in a technical or mechanical field or comparable work experience;
  • Demonstrated experience (1-3+ years) of increasing responsibilities within a global organization serving the semiconductor industry.
  • Experience working in the SAP client database;
  • Semiconductor, manufacturing or operations experience desirable;
  • Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office applications;
  • Familiarity with working in ISO 9000/14000 environments;
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment;
  • Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. and push up to 130lbs.
  • Dependability with flexibility to work over-time as needed to support business needs;
  • Safety focus with ability to wear appropriate PPE as required;
  • Ability to attain respirator certification and wear a cleanroom suit.
