Description: At Wells, we design, produce, and erect precast buildings, and we are hiring patch and finishing laborers to join our team! This is a full-time opportunity with a growing company that offers great benefits. Wells is willing to train any successful candidates with structured, step-by-step training and positive, supportive coaching from management and peers. No prior manufacturing, construction experience is necessary, but a plus. Great opportunity to learn more responsibilities and grow a career. GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Performs various duties on a crew to assist in doing work on product to get the required finish and detail necessary for delivery to the jobsite.
