DCI Donor Services is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic team member to join us to save lives! Our mission at DCI Donor Services is to save lives through organ donation and tissue donation, and we want professionals on our team that will embrace this important work! We are looking for an energetic hands-on Distribution (Warehouse) Technician that will be responsible for distributing tissue grafts to medical providers and surgical centers for implantation.

DCI Donor Services operates three organ procurement/tissue recovery organizations: New Mexico Donor Services, Sierra Donor Services, and Tennessee Donor Services. We also maximize the gift of life through the DCI Donor Services Tissue Bank and Sierra Donor Services Eye Bank.

Below are some of the key accountabilities/qualifications this position will hold:

  1. Completes pick and pack orders in preparation for distributing donated tissue grafts to medical providers and surgical centers.
  2. Verifies product integrity – such as correct labeling, packaging, and packing lists – prior to shipment.

  3. Performs general shipping and receiving duties – such as accepting deliveries, corresponding with shipment vendors, and ensures the accuracy of product storage.

  4. Additional duties as assigned.

SCHEDULE
Training for this position will be Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

Once trained, the schedule will be will be 4 10-hour shifts between Monday-Friday and will be staggered between the hours of 7AM-7PM.


The ideal candidate will have:

  • The ability to lift up to 70 pounds on a frequent basis.
  • High School Diploma
  • Prior experience in warehousing or as a shipping clerk desired
