Senior Customer Service Representative Job Responsibilities

Processing of daily financial transactions

Opening new accounts

Promoting products

Providing first call resolution via telephone and electronic correspondences

Seeking optimal solutions for client satisfaction

Provides enhanced customer service experience to help retain deposit relationships
